Creative Project Management

I was the project manager/producer for the 2017 membership ad. I collaborated with Lawren Desai, executive producer, and Noland Vannoy, director. Together we came up with a concept. I managed Noland and extras by scheduling shoots, assisting with production needs, sending out emails and calls, and making sure we were on schedule during shoots. The concept of the ad was to capture the experience of coming to a/perture cinema - it's more than just coming to see a movie. Our goal was to get patrons to become members and donate to the annual fund. It played for about a month before all movies shown at a/perture. It was well received and a few people mentioned they donated as a direct response to watching the ad.
